Individual room with attractive bathroom, a king size bed plus coffee pot, good drinks in the on-site bar. Quick check in and smooth check out.

The rooms are really fancy and the breakfast is top-notch. Plus, you've got a bar and restaurant just next door, with a shuttle service available. 🍳

We ordered two breakfasts-- both time the food was great as were the waitstaff... wonderful ladies to wait on us...
Did not check before reserved this motel-.. as we were there for 3 days- no refrigerator in the room,, or I would not have made the reservation. bathroom for one small person.. light in bathroom terrible for people to put on makeup. they have carried 'save electricity, to a new level.. make-up mirror on desk -- also with terrible lighting. check in a mess- cards did not work on 2nd day-- room is very small- ok for one person for one night.. would not stay again.

It cost too much for a basic hotel room. Its worth about 70 bucks a night.

The room had a unique setup with a king-sized bed, microwave, and extra perks like bedroom slippers, and the breakfast was fantastic; the heated pool and enjoyable drinks at the main bar were also highlights of the stay.

Price didn't include breakfast and the pool on site didn't match the photo shown online.

Front desk staff was very friendly. I liked the newspapers were made available.
The full payment is still on my Visa credit card though I paid mostly in cash and another card was used to pay remainder of Bill. I noticed that there was no free breakfast.

Quality linens and furniture. Staff was very friendly. Pool and hot tub were perfect and the decor was exceptional!
I prefer softer beds, but I still had a good night of sleep with a firmer one. I had booked mine and it came with complementary breakfast. When I called down to ask I was told I had to pay. At checkout I asked about it and the front desk told me it was included and they were sorry. They were willing to fix the problem without hesitating. Great place. Will visit again!

Super clean - great bedding
Tough location - you can't get to hotel from the street where the official address is. You have to enter from American Blvd. The other Crown Plaza is near the airport and MOA - this one is not! Very confusing

The bathroom doors could use some improvement as they seem to be malfunctioning, causing inconvenience for guests.
